Pray for Sacramento Union Gospel Mission

As God leads when you have a moment, the people at Union Gospel would love your prayers for the following.

On the first Monday of the month
In June 2006, Robert spoke & Gerald played the piano.
Tonight 8 raised their hands to accept the Lord.
Pamela needs prayer for an uncurable health condition.
Christine needs prayer for changing her life in every area.
Steve J. would like to get a place with Christine and get off the street.
Casey W. would like prayer for safety and to be happy in everything.
Michael S. would like prayer for good health.
Alex is getting sick and would like prayer for health.

Two men who have been regular attenders at Union Gospel over the years have made a change tonight. They smiled at us, shook our hands, and talked to us when the went by us in line for the first time ever. Robert said looks like God has really spoken to them tonight. May the flood gates of God's word open up in their hearts and minds.
May Jesus bless you as you bless others.

In Christ's name,

Robert & Gayla

ALF teacher Lee Hall requests prayer ...

“I’m requesting that you assist me in preparing for future studies. I need you to select at least one of the following for studies in the coming weeks. If you desire, you may rank order them according to your preference.

1. Topical studies on knowing God.

2. Book studies from 1 John.

3. Book studies from Romans.

4. Book studies from Nehemiah.

5. Write-in of your choice.

Please send your comments to me as soon as possible. I would like to have them no later than Thursday, June 29th. This will provide me sufficient time to prepare homework assignments.

I appreciate your input,

Lee

Job keys Lost ...needed back A.S.A.P. - please pray

It’s a small, little thing but….

Last week the janitor was not on night shift at the school I work at in the evening. The supervisor was kind enough to give me three master keys. Sometime between Wednesday and Saturday I lost them. I have no clue where they are. I feel kind of silly asking for prayer for such a simple thing as a set of keys, but it is not a simple thing with the school administrators who may have to pay overtime for rekeying every door in the school.

My teaching partner suggested that I bring the keys to the prayer chain. My vice-principal encouraged me to pray. I have, but I’d appreciate your prayers for this situation, perhaps that God might direct me to the place where I can find the keys. I’m looking, but running out of ideas.

Thanks for your prayers…
